I thought I’d share this new product with everyone. I recently joined Facebook and found out that a woman that I went to high school with (Sharon) and a friend of hers recently invented a product called Sniffle Buddies. It was invented as a solution for kids with runny noses (and adults) so that they don’t wipe their nose on their sleeve or hand all the time. It’s also used for wiping sweat off the forehead when working out.

But when I saw this product, I immediately thought that it might be helpful for kids and even older people that have a problem with drooling. Our son used to drool when he was younger. I would have loved to have this product back then. Amazingly, he outgrew the drooling. How’d that happen???? Lucky I guess. Actually, I think it’s because before his kidney transplant he had no appetite and had to be tube fed. Since his transplant, he eats like a little piggie 
He built up those muscles, plus he doesn’t get so much liquid anymore.
Anyways, Sniffle Buddies is bamboo fabric that is worn around the wrist like a
wristband, but has antibacterial properties. I thought it was pretty cool. I
emailed Sharon and suggested that she contact Flaghouse, Abilitations and Adaptive Mall about having this product listed in their catalog.

Hope someone finds this product useful. I know that our son wouldn’t have been able to wipe his chin himself back when he did drool. But just having something attached to him, other than a bib or neckband, would have been very helpful.
